Returns and cancellation
- As a digital service, purchases are not refundable after the fact
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal in your dashboard
- After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for
- You can delete your account from the dashboard. While on a paid plan, cancel first and delete once the paid period has ended
- Returning to the Free plan deletes nothing — your pages and posts stay, they just stop using Pro features
